We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time motorcoach operator positions, as we continue to expand and grow!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive luxury motor coaches and safely transport passengers who charter our buses, to and from their destination.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper functioning of the bus.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings.
Provide excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with passengers in a friendly and professional manner.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Valid CDL (Class A or B)
At least 1-2 years of paid work experience operating a commercial motor vehicle such as a transit bus, motor coach or tractor trailer. Preference given to those who have driven commercial vehicles 40 feet in length or longer; particularly motor coach buses.
Must be flexible to leave and return at different times of the day according to the customer’s charter request.
Airbrakes and Passenger endorsement
Clean driving record
Accident-free driving history
Stable employment history
Ability to pass pre-employment checks (drug test, criminal background investigation)
Excellent customer service skills.
MUST live within a 40-minute commute to our terminal in Glenelg, MD 21737
Ability to occasionally lift luggage up to 50 lbs.
